Founded in 1950 in Kita-ku, Tokyo, Olympia Kohgyo Co., Ltd. began as a cinema operator and has since grown into a comprehensive real estate company with a distinctive perspective: we have always been property owners ourselves.
For more than seven decades, we have owned, managed, and developed our own portfolio of office and commercial buildings across Tokyo — in Akabane, Shinjuku, Kabutocho, Azabu, Shinjuku-Gyoen, and Toranomon. That experience gives us a deeply personal understanding of the questions every property owner faces.
Rather than pushing a sale or a lease, we begin every consultation by asking a single question: what is truly best for this owner's asset? Whether to sell, lease, renovate, or rebuild — we weigh every option with equal objectivity.
